About This Game

Super Mario Maker 2 is a game creation toolkit and platformer. Players can design and share their own 2D Mario levels using elements from various Mario games, or play countless levels made by others. It essentially offers infinite Mario gameplay, from super easy courses to insanely hard ones. There is no story – the focus is on creativity and community. Content is all within Mario’s E-rated bounds (cartoon jumps, enemies like Goombas – defeated by stomping). The online level sharing is moderated fairly well (no chat, just level titles and a commenting system). It’s excellent for inspiring creativity and problem-solving as kids craft their own levels.
